EXL Announces Common Stock Offering

(“EXL”) (Nasdaq:EXLS) today announced a public offering of 2,000,000 shares of common stock by certain stockholders affiliated with Oak Hill Capital Partners. EXL will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering of shares of common stock by the selling stockholders.

Citigroup is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
