Oak Hill Capital Management Promotes Tyler J. Wolfram to Managing Partner

New York, NY, May 13, 2013

Oak Hill Capital Management today announced that it has promoted Tyler J. Wolfram from Partner to Managing Partner of the firm, effective immediately. Since joining Oak Hill Capital in 2001, Mr. Wolfram has led the investment activities in the firm’s Consumer, Retail & Distribution vertical, and he has been an active member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee.

Mr. Wolfram has more than 20 years of private equity and leveraged finance experience. While at Oak Hill Capital, he has managed private equity investments in a number of companies, including Earth Fare, Inc., Dave & Buster’s, Inc., The Hillman Group, Inc., Duane Reade Holdings, Inc., NSA International, LLC, The Container Store, Inc., Caribbean Restaurants Holdings, Inc., and Oreck Corporation.

Prior to joining Oak Hill Capital, Mr. Wolfram served as a Managing Director at Cornerstone Equity Investors and as a Vice President in the high yield group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He earned an A.B. degree in Business Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
