Oak Hill Capital Partners announced today that it has named Michael V. Schrock a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant. Mr. Schrock was formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pentair Ltd., a global diversified industrial company with industry-leading products, services, and solutions in water, fluid, thermal management, and equipment protection. Mr. Schrock will consult across Oak Hill Capital’s private equity portfolio and advise the funds on investments in targeted industrial sectors.
Mr. Schrock has over 35 years of experience in senior roles at major industrial companies, including Pentair Ltd. and Honeywell International, Inc. He has deep management and operating experience both domestically and internationally and a strong track record leading and integrating highly strategic acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Schrock has extensive board experience, having recently served on the boards of the Pentair Foundation, Pentair Residential Filtration, LLC (a joint venture between Pentair Ltd. and General Electric Company), and Faradyne Motors, LLC (a joint venture between Pentair Ltd. and Xylem Inc.). He is currently Lead Director at Plexus Corp.
