Highly Experienced New Partner to Focus on Investments in the Consumer Sector
New York, NY, June 2, 2021 – Oak Hill Capital has announced that Mark Pinho has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Pinho brings over 20 years of professional and investment experience, most recently as a Co-Founder and Partner of 4×4 Capital, an operationally focused investment and management platform focused on building long-term value for middle market companies.

Prior to 4×4, Mr. Pinho spent twelve years at Soros Fund Management (“SFM”), serving as a Managing Director for the principal investment advisor to funds associated with the Soros family and related charitable foundations. Before SFM, he spent four years in the middle market growth equity and buyout space working at BCI Partners and LiveWire Capital. Mr. Pinho earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph P. Wharton fellow, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
