Peter Armstrong

Peter B. Armstrong is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital and has been part of the firm since 2012. Mr. Armstrong works in the firm’s Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Lazard Frères & Co. Mr. Armstrong earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Armstrong holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
