Philip Hadley

Philip “Phil” Hadley is a Senior Advisor to the Oak Hill funds with specialties in Software and Financial Services. Prior to partnering with Oak Hill, he was the Chairman and CEO of FactSet. In addition to serving as CEO, Mr. Hadley held various roles at the company, including, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Hadley joined FactSet in 1985 as a Consultant. Prior to FactSet, he worked at Cargill Corporation. Mr. Hadley currently serves as Chairman of RS Energy Group and on the board of advisors of Kum & Go. Mr. Hadley holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
